HOW TO BOOK A SESSION

I keep my phone on silent during the day so all enquiries can be made via text or voicemail.  

Please text or call (or WhatsApp) my daytime number on  0417 679 535, leave your name and phone number and let me know that you are contacting me from this website. 

For callers outside of Australia, be sure to to include the country code (+61) before my number.

I will call you back as soon as possible to arrange an appointment. 

Payment is required at the time of booking.

You are welcome to reschedule that appointment any time until the day of the booking, at no cost.

If you can not attend your appointment due to illness, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If you do not attend your appointment on the day for any other reason, the pre-paid amount will count as your cancellation fee.

You are welcome to book a subsequent appointment by paying at the time of booking.

All individual sessions are $165 for 60 minutes

Sliding scale :

NDIS  client sessions  $135

Unwaged  client sessions  $110

Fees are payable at the time of booking.

Please note that group session durations will vary.

Payments are best by bank transfer... but can also be made via Cash, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
 

Feel free to ask about my sliding scale if you're unwaged or earning a low income, or are the holder of a health care card or pensioner concession card. 

All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and incur an additional 10% GST.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your booking, with no questions asked.

If you are ill or encounter a crisis situation that will unavoidably delay you on-the-day, please text me and I'm sure we can reschedule at a time to suit.

9am - 6pm : Individual Sessions

FRIDAYS @ THE ENTRANCE  (Face-to-Face)

9am - 4pm :  Individual and Couple Sessions

5pm - 7pm : Groups and 'Huddles'

SATURDAYS ONLINE

9am - 1pm : Individual Sessions

Appointments can also be made  AT OTHER TIMES by special arrangement.
